I keep floating down the river but the ocean never comes Since the operation I heard you're breathing just for one Now everything is imaginary, especially what you love You left another message said it's done, It's done chapterone;; She thought, sighing happily, though it still held underlying timidness. “And I’m finally here.” A smile spread over her features, brightening her dark eyes. “After so much waiting, I’m finally going to be a Pokemon Trainer.” She approached the laboratory, an eagerness in her step. The overcast sky provided a dim yet feasible light. On a normal occasion, Faye would enjoy the cool temperatures and moist scent in the air. Today, however, in her stomach-less outfit, she would have much preferred the sun. The teen made her way up the marble steps from the gritty sand of the beach. She raised a thin hand to the door and knocked a customary three times, trying to hide the swirl of excitement and nervousness that churned inside her. [/ul] When I hear beautiful music it's always from another time Old friends I never visit, I remember what they're like Standing on a doorstep full of nervous butterflies Waiting to be asked to come inside Just come inside

' sound vibrating off the lab door made the aide flinch softly, nearly getting the pencil which had previously been tapping against his skull nearly poke his eyes. This lesser known, rather new aide by the name of Haze looked up, trying to make sure none of the other aides, or the Professor herself, didn't see that. It would of been quite the embarrasment, Haze thought to himself, brown gaze trailing up towards the door. Another new trainer as it would seem... Outside the wind blew harshly as a swarm of Murkrow swooped down from the sky. Although a large flock of at least twenty had decended the sky remained visibly charcoal black. The murkrow who had swooped down where at quite a low level but kicked up a large wave of sand as their wings beated to keep their lithe bodies aloft in the chilly air. Sand blew about sending the grains into the air and making eye sight to some of the pedestrians blurry. The door to the lab opened, Haze standing behind it. He looking at this new trainer curiously, his floppy indigo hair covering Haze's eyes in an ominous fashion. Haze wasn't what you would 'expect' from an aide. He was quite a bit younger- in his early twenties to say the least- than most aides and had fallow (fallow being a shade of brown like this) hued eyes. But, once again, it was his hair the stood out the most. Dark indigo, floopy, and slightly spikey. The creamy white lab coat Haze donned seemed to stand out, it being slightly contradictory to his personality. Under this lab coat was some more comfortable clothing. Some random pair of jeans, an orange shirt, and a very wooly sweater. Hey, Haze really hated the cold weather. Which would explain why he was wearing... mittens. With cute little Skitty on them.
Hey, you can't be perfect.
"Well, hey there! Wow, how can you survive wearing such little clothing! Come inside, before the wind gets in. Or before you get a cold!" Haze stated, gesturing Faye inside the lab. It was rather chilly in the lab right now although the low humming of the heater was easy to hear. "Cold, isn't it. Wait there, I'll get you a sweater! Most of the energy goes to the pokémon habitat out at the private dock so the heaters here don't work too well! Then there's the computers everywhere that we all use and... ah hah! " Pulling out a thick and rather soft jacket, Haze put it over Faye's shoulders without warning and smiled again towards her.
"So, I'm guessing you're here for a starter, right?"[/ul]
