Yes, even here there must be rules to keep order. But, doesn't everywhere need rules? Just follow these and I won't have to make even more for you to follow^^
1.) DO NOT STEAL ART! This is the biggie, people post artwork to show it off and to get comments, not for people to steal it! Stealing artwork is against the law people, so don't do it or you may find yourself in BIG trouble! If I do catch you stealing someone's art, you will recieve a 50% warning.
2.) Expect harsh comments. Now, I'm not referring to flaming, but expect advance creative comments and critisism. The people that are giving it to you are just trying to help you improve, so don't go on the offensive if they mention a few bad things about your work. If you don't want such comments, make sure you post that you don't.
3.) No flaming. Flaming and constructive critisism are completely different. You can seriously hurt someone by flaming, here is an example of such a thing:
OMG! Your art absolutely svcks! You should leave the art world for good!
Yeah... not pretty, don't do it. Here's an example of something constructive and it is allowed:
You're heading in the right direction, maybe work on your shading a bit. you have the light coming from two directions, and maybe straighten the lines around his arm, they look a bit on the wiggly side right now. Just keep practicing and you'll eventually get it^^
See, they pointed out the bad points but told the artist how to fix them. That's accepted.
4.) Request shops for trainer cards, custom trainers, ect. are permitted here, but make sure you give the spriter/artist credit in your siggy. That way everyone knows someone made it for you.
5.) I reserve the right to create more rules.
Question? Just PM me^^
