The Trainer Communications Building is pretty much just a building where trainers from all over Lanorae can meet and get to know each other. You can really think of it as a trainer chat room, where their Pokemon can interact as well.
Inside, you can see a beautifully carpeted floor with comfy looking chairs and a fire place roaring merrily against one wall. It really has the look of a rich library, only without the books. Against one wall there seems to be a couple games, such as billiards, darts, and what looks like a pinball machine.
Really, this is the perfect location to just hang out, maybe meet a few traveling companions and to study your possible opponents. However, there are a few rules:
1.) Obviously, your character isn't going to be liked by everyone so don't get on the offensive if another member's character isn't super nice to yours.
2.) Do not battle here, even if there is a super rivalry going on, this is not a place for battling!
3.) If one of your characters is attracted to another one feel free to try and win him/her over, however, don't get too lovey dovey. A hugging is okay, a slight kiss on the cheek, just nothing beyond that.
4.) I reserve the right to create more rules if they are needed^^
