((Excuse the slightly crappy posts... Not feeling at my best at the moment.))
The thrown book was dodged, barely, and the Murkrow was still chasing after Ex in circles. It seemed he had decided it was her fault he'd gotten in a battle with the Firecub in the first place - so the Murkrow was intended on making the girl pay. After all, having wings and being able to dodge thrown items in the air was a bonus that high school victi-students didn't had.
He was panting though, I gess that critical hit had don some damage, though the bird still looked strong. Probably too strong to be caught just yet.

"Urrrah-- Ouchy!" Tossed the inferal murkrow another textbook- this time using the feint strategy, pretending it toss it one way and then really tossing it at some other way that, with any luck, would be the way to Murkrow tried to dodge to. Although, before she could use this strategy to good use, ML had quite easily nearly tripped over an upturned root and tossed the textbook backwards-- and then came that blasted Wild Murkrow!
Quickly (and quite painfully. Geeze, bad idea to make a character based off yourself. >>.<<) pushed to the ground by the angry Wild Murkrow's Pursuit attack, Ex stumbled backwards, just managing to stop herself from falling otno the ground. Although she managed to stop having her back hit the grass, the trainer wasn't expecting her head hiting a tree. Great... now what? A knight in shining armor would save her from her doom and chase away the feral black bird?
PFFT, if only.
"FLICKA' A TAD BIT OF HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!" Ex yelled at the Firecub who was now shaking off some ashes. Ladyflicker blinked and turned to the scene displayed before her- the teenager back against a tree, bag sprawled beside her and all of it's contents scattered randomly along the floor. Ladyflicker smirked, seeing one of the Potions, the strange mixture of fluids kept in that bottle. Under a lot of pressure.
You know how it says on all of those aerosal bottles, 'keep away from fire', right?
Ladyflicker quickly raced up to the bottle closest to the Wild Murkrow and quickly litup some of the blades of grass beside it with her flaming tail. Then she immediatly ran behind some random rock or whatever could save her from the blast which would come. Even though the mixture of water and other chemicals where mean't to help a pokémon, if that bottle exploded, who knows what power could be unleashed? Besides, Ladyflicker's trainer was hiding behind a textbook she managed to snag and place in front of her face...
... BOOM . ooc:// YAY, Aerosal explosions. The one piece of mishif a child with never do in their life... DUNDUNDUN.

HA! He had hit this new mark!
In his excitement and happiness the Murkrow didn't noticed the contents spilled around him - thus when Ladyflicker came near and lighted one of the Potions the bird had little to no time to react. The explosion caught him, flinging the Pokemon backwards, though it seemed to have a small healing effect as well. Sure, he was still battered and bruised from it - but his previous wounds from Lady had vanished thanks to the weird contents that thing had. It was like being healed by a Delibird's present, then caught in an explosive one after that.
"Murkrow! Murkrow!"
Seeming pleased he then dove again, using another Pursuit that was aimed for Ex. Mmm... You better weaken him a bit before throwing a Poke'Ball... Or faint him soon.

"Oh, you would be in soo much trouble if I had my keys! Stupid, baka Murkrow! Ladyflicker, if you don't mind, use Tackle and never try and bomb something again!" Ex yelled, jumping out of the way from the Pursuit. Ladyflicker meowed cheepishly- she could of at least stunned that Murkrow. But, noo...
"Friir, " Ladyflicker meowed, hanging her loin-like head down in dissapointment- and most of all- shame. That was a stupid idea and- " It would be nice if you could use Tackle while I'm still alive!" Ex yelled, scrambling to pick up all of her stuff whilst Ladyflicker sulked about. The Fircub blinked and looked up. With on last, unhappy sigh, the Firecub ran at Wild Murkrow whilst it was using Pursuit. And while her traienr was still alive.

The Murkrow crashed head on with the Firecub, stumbling backwards in a rolling fashion before coming to a stop at the base of a tree. Grudgingly getting up the dark flying pokemon barely managed to get on his legs, now shaking. Even his feathers were all messed up, shooting in different directions. Still, he would not give up and, with no warning, dove for Ladyflicker in another Peck.

... Bam.
Ladyflicker, struck harshly on the chest, was sent sailing intio a tree, as opposed to Wild Murkrow who managed to stop at the base of a tree. Not even able to really 'get up' Ladyflicker was only able to roll away from Wild Murkrow's Peck attack. With any hope that blasted bird could, at least, get stuck in the stupid tree bark! Now covered in splinters, Ladyflicker tried to get up. Better do it soon, too, before that blasted bird found a way to retaliate.
Ex stare in a dumbfound fashion, still trying to recover from the pain of a Pursuit attack. Already clutching one of her taken pokéballs- the one containing her Pidgey, Skiever- Ex was ready to unleash the spunky bird. That last attack, which had been a critical hit, had knocked Ladyflicker's energy all out and the small lion was barely even able to stand at this point. Wondering what she could do, Ex only found a long stick. Maybe she could do something to the Wild Murkrow? No, that would be kind of mean. Plus Ex was too scared...
ooc:// I gots a question- if all of your pokémon faint on a route do you ahve to go back to the town you where first at???

((That is... A very good question... o.O I guess you'd have to run off back to the Professor or something, and lose a 20% of your current money or something. XDD))
WHAM!
The Murkrow had indeed hit the tree, to tired to even flyout of the way and chase the Firecub. Sliddng down the bark he landed in the floor with a thud, before trying to stand. He still wasn't out, but the bird was considerably weak. And if Ex decided to throw Skiever out it wouldn't be much of a difference, for the Pidgey was still fainted - having been caught after he was defeated by Ladyflicker. If only Poke'Balls healed caught Pokemons...
"Mur... Krow..."
This turn the bird didn't attack, still more focused on getting back to his feet. Mmm... Perhaps now would be a good time for a surprise Catch-Attack? After all, surelly he wouldn't notice a Poke'Ball coming from behind... [/sup]

ooc:// I GIVE UP! -@- I tried to be unique by not following those instructions in your IC post, but... I'M DESPRATE OVER HERE!!!
CRAP!
Either that thing was at a higher level than Ladyflicker or it was just really lucky! Maybe the weather was giving it an extra boost in attack powerful? Or... anything??? Ex wasn't suire she could take any more of thise fighting and yelled and being angry-ing and... and... and!!! She wanted to get away from this place and SOON. Fall down a trap door? Fine. Carried away from some giant black dragon (which could possibly happen... but not to Ex. Might as well toy with Jeremy while I still can..)? SO LONG AS IT GOT HER AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
With an angry, frusterated sigh, Ex decided to chuck a PokéBall. It would give her some time to think. The red and white sphere sailing towards Wild Murkrow, Ex decided that she'd have Ladyflicker stand in front of the shaking pokéball (if it landed on the obsidian bird, anyways), And when the blasted bird popped out (which was what Ex expected at this point), Ladyflicker would throw a sudden, close ranged Tackle before the thing could get back to reality!
And then she'd have to run under a tree and die there. Yeah... maybe remember how to breath...

The Murkrow didn't even knew what hit him, or what happened next. Sucker into the orb the Poke'Ball rattled as if Hell was trying to break free [which wouldn't be too far off from the real truth] and wouldn't cease to shake. At a couple of moments it seemed about to burt open, but finally it settled down with a light Ping ! It did sound rather angered and reluctant, though, as if the Pokemon inside had yet to accept he was trapped and forced to serve this human now. Oh boy, Ex will have her hands full ith this birdy... Still like Murkrows? 8DD [/sup] Congratulations! You caught the Murkrow!
Name: -- Gender: Male Level: 7 Attacks: Peck, Astonish, Pursuit Ability: Super Luck: Raises the critical-hit ratio of moves; allows simultaneous use of Dire Hit and Focus Energy. Personality: Though often curious and neutral, this Murkrow has a very short fuse. Do something, anything, to get him mad... And you'd wish you had never lived at all. Quite stubborn, he won't go down until his energy is fully depelt - or he dies. Whichever comes first, really. Very vengeful. Experience Points: 0 Hold Item: None

... Wow...
Unable to even speak, the tired trainer toppled over, lying down a ways away from the pokéball. That murkrow wasn't going to obey to Ex... ever, by the looks of it. And, seriously, Ex wasn't in the mood for fightnig anything. If that thing popped out and started pecking at Ex's head, the trainer was going to so make him wish he had never been born. In truth, the trainer was an abusive little girl at school- she's given the boys a fair amount of thing to deal with. Did I mention she bites?...
"Friiiir, iri," Ladyflicker meowed quietly lying down on the ground, panting angrily. Well, at least the battle was over, but Ladyflicker now had to deal with two birds and a rodent in her team, and she was a cat. Did it look like cats got along with creatures like that. What Ladyflicker would do to have a team mate that wasn't a specie that she couldn't get alnog with. Skiever didn't like her that much either, nor did Spaiker at the moment. And she didn't even want to think about what would happen when that Murkrow was going to think...
"Tomuraigassen," Ex mummbled softly, barely able to really let out a whisper. She wasn't very strong and had pretty bad endurance so, naturally, those attacks did a strong amount of damage. And she was a human being, not a pokémon! With a soft sigh, Ex attempted to grab the pokéball but was too lazy to really move her arm at the moment. Agh, what she would do to be in a bed now. What, oh what she would do... she did no know...
"Frire?" Ladyflicker asked.
"That's his name... it means battle of revenge..."

"Pooch... Pooch... Pooch..."
Well, lookie here... While Ex was too tired and Ladyflicker's guard low, someone had snuck into the trainer's back pack, sniffing around for food. The canine was rather small and fluffy, with an innocent expression. Actually, it was really small...
"Pooch?"
Spotting the Firecub she padded over, tongue lolling out at the Poochyena now glomped the feline. {Momma!} It seems a Poochyena pup got split from her family pack...
Event!
You have spotted a female baby Poochyena, level 02!

... OH MY GAWSH... that ws so adorable!
Ladyflicker screamed as the Poochyena glomped her, especially since this was a puppy! Not a kitten! With and angry yowl, Ladyflicker tried to Tackle that small dark-type... well, she tried.
"Zomg, that is so adorable!" Ex yelled, crawling up to the Wild Poochyena after placing Tomuraigassen's pokéball onto her belt. With a squeal, she looked at Wild Poochyena grinning at her.
It...
Was...
Soo...
"That is so adorable!" So much for being hurt by a Wild Murkrow.

"Pooch!"
Taking the Tackle as a game the pup was about to glomp Ladyflicker again, before noticing Ex crawl over. Frightened, for she had failed to notice the trainer before, she dove for cover behind the Firecub, shivering lightly.
"Pooch... Chyena?"
Omg! The kawaii-ness... It's to die for, ne?

ooc:// ARE YOU GOING TO TRY AND KILL ME AGAIN??!?! Ex blinked at Wild Poochyena, sitting backwards. Grea,t the only pokémon that wasn't going to attack her and it was scared of humans! This was great, really great! With a sighed, Ex asked Ladyflicker to talk to the dark-type. If this day got any worst, Ex could of died to some sort of heart attack. Or starvation. Or have some Beedrill sting her to death. Or some other sort of painful, slow torturous fashion. If only she could still be plain, and normal... Never! { Fiine. Hey, kid, what are you doing here? And I'm not your mamma.. do i look as if I have black fur?} Ladyflicker snapped, raher annoyed with the dog. She hated dogs... but birds and rodents hated her. Wow...

((... MAYBAH!?!?! *shifty eyes*))
As the Firecub turned to her the pup wagged her tail happily, barking before trying to glomp Ladyflicker again. I don't think it knew much vocabulary, though, 'cept a few words. {Momma!} Guess logic never really worked with babies... After all, she could look like her father instead, right? XDD

{... Fudge, } Ladyflicker muttered, jumping away from Wild Poochyena angrily. Ex sighed and looked at the Wild Poochyena before finally getting an idea. Pulling out her pokédex, Ex turned to a Mightyena's page and placed it in front of Wild Poochyena, asking if this was her momma. ooc:// MAN, my post are getting shot. ><;;; I need a break.

The Poochyena quickly pipped up, now glomping Ex. Uh-oh...I think she just proclaimed the trainer to be her father... Ah well, it's still cute. Right?

"Eek, you are so adorable! " Ex, fortunately, had a bright attraction to nearly all Hoenn pokémon. The small, scrawny Wild Poochyena was split up with her family, however- not like the other pokémon Ex had caught. It was so small... must of been born only a few days ago. " Well... first of all, we need to find out who your parents are. Well," With a dissapointed sigh (since Ex couldn't keep the small pup), the trainer grabbed her pokédex and went to the Egg Groups page, turning the screen onto a picture of many pokémon from the Ground Egg Group. " Fri?" Ladyflicker questioned, padding up otno her trainer's head to get a good look at what was going on. The Firecub looked down at her trainer with a questioning look. " Well, I know that Poochyena are in the Ground Egg Group- you can blame years of gaming experience for that. So the little kid with probably poke at the one that looks like either her mother or father, and we can help her!... Wish I could keep her, though. She's so adorable," ML was holding the Wild Poochyena softly and placed the PokéDex a ways in front of the dark-type, waiting for the small pokémon to see her parents in the crowd of pokémon. There are many pokémon in the Ground Egg Group, it appeared. ooc:// After a good sleep I have my roleplay back on! ^o^

The Poochyena didn't seemed to pay much attention to the passing pictures, after all she'd already found her parents! Even if her mommy was mean to her... But hey, at least daddy was nice!!! The pup's tail continued to happily wag, yipping and squirming around as she tried to lick ML's face over and over again.
Mmmm... I don't think this canine's going anywhere any time soon. Perhaps she'd opened her eyes recently while the pack was hunting - and had slipped out of the den. Thus the first thing she saw was Ladyflicker, dubbing her mother, and then ML, who was now her papa.
Ah well... You could always leave the pup abandoned and run away... Surely a Murkrow won't mind eating something tender tonight.

ooc:// Eh, Shrimp? Ain't Murkrow herbavores? Because that would be creepy. Like when I first learned Scyther where omnivores. v.v;;;
"... Can we keep it?" Ex asked, giving Ladyflicker a childish, immature sort of grin. The trainer was, by this time, holding Wild Poochyena in the usual 'you are so cute I wanna show you to the world!' sort of Fashion. The pup's head was rested on Ex's arms, as where it's front legs with the rest of her small, lithe body hanging below Ex's arms. It was so adorable like that with the bushy little tail hanging there... and... well, how could you say no?
It was rather easy to do that when you where a cat...
"Firrrrer! Fir, fiiii, fririri!" Ladyflicker yowled strongly, hissing at her trainer in displeasure. The pokémon's tail rose high above her orange head, looking similar to a sort of... hmm... Dorapion's venomous tail. The only difference was that Firecub where a whole different type of specie and that they had a dangerous, red hot flame dancing-or, in this case, lashing- about in every which direction, the flames lining Ladyflicker's back doing the same.
Ex, however, had a feelign she knew what to do. With an exghausted sigh, Ex returned Ladyflciker itno her pokémon, able to hear the shocked and angry hiss from the flash of red light. This light was quickly absorbed into the red and white sphere but the pokéball remained hto to the touch although not hot enoguh to really burn someone's flesh. With a yelp Ex quickly placed the pokéball otno her belt. That was enough pain for one day, "So, gal, I guess you wanna come with us, right?" Ex questioned, holding the baby poochyena high so she could see it better.
